I.   2011 SESSION ANNUAL STATISTICAL REPORT:

The Office of the General Assembly has informed Peace River Presbytery that the web site for entering 2011 Session Annual Statistical Report information is now available, although you presumably will not be entering data until the end of the year.

The site is http://oga.pcusa.org/stats Each church will need a user name and password to access the site, and that information has been sent to each church office by e-mail. If you cannot locate your user name and password, you can obtain them from Bill Setchel at the Presbytery office.  Contact Bill at 941-426-8421 or This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. The Office of the General Assembly suggests that we offer the following reminders concerning the Statistical Report process:

  1. OGA cannot make changes to a church’s record after it has been submitted. Any changes must be requested from the Presbytery office.
  2. OGA does not give out church user names and passwords. A church needs to contact the Presbytery if they do not have that information.
  3. The churches are submitting the data to the Presbytery, not the Office of the General Assembly, even though the reporting is done through an OGA web site. Any questions or problems must be addressed to the Presbytery.

The absolute deadline for entering data is February 22, 2012. Churches cannot enter or edit statistical information after that date.

The 2011 Statistical Report workbook can be viewed and downloaded from the Peace River Presbytery web site by clicking here. This workbook answers many common questions about the reporting process and contains a detailed guide to the form that appears online. It is usually preferable to print out and carefully complete the workbook before beginning the data entry on the web site.

 

II.  CLERK'S ANNUAL QUESTIONNAIRE:

We have also been informed that the web site for the Clerk’s Annual Questionnaire is available at www.pcusa.org/clerks2011. You may also download a copy from the Peace River web site by clicking here.

This questionnaire provides some additional information to various agencies of the PCUSA regarding specific programs and activities in local congregations. We strongly encourage each church to complete this form, preferably online.  The deadline is February 22, 2012.

The user name and password required to access the web site are the same as those needed for the Statistical Report.
